A pale blue straw percher hat which has hand painted silk flowers and leaves. The percher has been made to sit on the right side of the head.The hat is held in place by an elastic headband which sits just under the hairline. If you would prefer this design to sit on the left side of the head or have a comb attachment, please write this in the notes box as you check out.
